It’s Zippy Tip Tuesday!
My S.O. introduced me to spaghetti squash years ago, when I wanted to find ways to replace carb laden pasta in my diet.
Now, I use it in any way that I would use noodles:
with meatballs and marinara,
with olive oil, grated parmesan and garlic
and even in Pad Thai.
Its sweet taste serves as a wonderful canvas for sauces and other toppings, created only by the limits of our imagination.
