There is something about using white chocolate as a garnish that turns any holiday dessert into a stunning centerpiece. In this zippy tip video, I show how to create white chocolate curls, grated “snow” and snowflakes for use on cheesecakes, cupcakes, pies and any Christmas or winter dessert.
