It’s Zippy Tip Tuesday!
I can’t describe the feeling I get when I taste a dish that includes fresh lemon zest. It’s like a bright ray of sunshine on my tongue. It’s one of the happiest flavors ever. But I don’t always have fresh lemons in the house. So whenever I get a bag of lemons, I zest all of them and put the zest in the freezer in an airtight container. I then juice the lemons so that I always have both juice and zest on hand.
